The Longevity Method is a modern movement practice designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live well for the long run. Rooted in science and guided by intention, each class integrates the essential elements your body and brain need to stay resilient, capable, and energized through every stage of life.
Most workouts focus on one goal, burn calories, build muscle, or improve flexibility. The Longevity Method is different because it intentionally integrates everything your body and brain need to stay strong, capable, and resilient over time.
Each 60-minute class is built around five essential pillars: mobility and flow, functional strength, cardiovascular and cognitive training, core stability and balance, and guided breathwork and meditation. Rather than training these elements in isolation, we layer them intelligently into one cohesive, science-backed experience so nothing important is left out.
The Longevity Method is for active, busy people who want their workouts to do more. It’s ideal for those who care about moving well, staying strong, protecting their joints and posture, supporting brain health, and managing stress without needing multiple classes or hours at the gym. This class is for anyone who wants training that supports life today and independence for years to come.
I love movement. I love barre. I love yoga. I love strength training. I love well-designed classes, and there are many classes I genuinely enjoy taking.
But even after decades as a physical therapist and movement professional, I realized something was missing.
While I can easily find classes that do one or even two things exceptionally well, I have yet to find a single class that intentionally embodies all five pillars that research and science tell us are essential in an exercise prescription for long-term health: mobility and flexibility, meaningful strength, cardiovascular and cognitive training, core stability and balance, and nervous system regulation through breathwork and meditation.
Most programs lean heavily in one direction, strength without mobility, flow without load, cardio without posture or balance, or movement without recovery. Over time, those gaps matter.
I created The Longevity Method to bring everything together thoughtfully, efficiently, and with intention. This class is not about chasing trends or doing more for the sake of more. It’s about honoring what the body and brain actually need to stay strong, capable, resilient, and independent over time.
This is the class I wanted to take. One that respects the science, applies it through smart, purposeful movement, and supports the whole person including body, mind, and nervous system for the long run.
Your monthly membership includes full access to all eight Longevity Method classes each month—an intentionally designed, science-backed approach to strength, mobility, cardio, balance, and recovery. This membership offers the flexibility to attend up to eight classes for as little as $25 per class when fully utilized, delivering exceptional value for comprehensive, intelligent training that supports long-term health and performance
Pre-registration required. Single class only.
Private 1:1 Longevity Method coaching offers personalized, science-backed instruction tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. These sessions apply the same five-pillar framework as the group class: mobility, strength, cardiovascular and cognitive training, core stability and balance, and breathwork while allowing for individualized assessment, targeted progressions, and hands-on coaching.
Ideal for those seeking a more customized experience, private sessions support injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance optimization, and long-term wellness. Whether you are new to The Longevity Method or looking to refine technique and progress with intention, 1:1 coaching provides focused guidance to help you move better, train smarter, and build sustainable strength for life.
